Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments for AI Karma Tracker are processed by Gumroad, our Merchant of Record. This policy explains how to cancel and when refunds apply.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime - from the Manage your plan page (billing portal) or via the “Manage membership” link in your Gumroad receipt email. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; you are not charged again after that. No cancellation fees.

Refunds

If a new subscription isn’t what you expected, contact us within 14 days of the initial purchase and we’ll refund it in full. After 14 days, and for renewal charges, refunds are at our discretion - reach out and we’ll try to make it right, especially if the extension stopped working on your side.

How to request

Email anliberant@gmail.com from the address you used to purchase, with your license key or receipt. Approved refunds are issued by Gumroad to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.

Free tier

The Free tier costs nothing and requires no payment, so nothing to cancel or refund there.
